Why not Palin

I was going to pass on this years election.

I am not satisfied with Obama and Biden, and I was kind of iffy on McCain.

The Democratic controlled Senate and House has been a failure-Pelosi and her band of crazies have failed on their promises.

So what to do?
Well, maybe McCain will pick Lieberman and then I would have felt safe voting for McCain.

But lo and behold, McCain picks a little known governor from Alaska-Sara Palin. Hmmmm what is going on here.

Well I read all the stories and I liked what I read- here is a person who truly represents the people- she is not an elitist- she is a homebody- who took on the incumbent and won- she challenged the big wheels and the big money and upset Alaskan politics.

She is pro-life(as am I), pro 2nd amendment(as am I).
Despite the biased Wolf Blitzer and the rest of the biased crew of CNN- she has withstood the snide comments about being irresponsible and her daughter being pregnant-.

She and her husband are going to stand by their daughter_-Obama has said he would encourage his daughters to have abortions if they were to become pregnant.

Obama and Biden- two of the most liberal politicians on Capitol Hill- two politicians who are so far removed from middle class America- that their election would destroy what is left of the Middle class.

Sara Palin-- do not quit, stand up for what you believe and keep-a-going.

John McCain- you and Sara Palin have my vote- Good luck.

Time for a transitional President

With Obama and Clinton attacking each other, and the threat of various Democrats threatening to vote for someone else instaed of thier favorite candidate-- it might be time for the Democrats to throw up their hands and risk losing this election.

Neither of the two were my first choice- and the way they are battling each other- I will have a problem voting for either one of them.

There has got to be better candidates in the Democrat Party.

Perhaps we should all vote for McCain- and hope that the country turns around(elect a Democratic majority Congress and Senate)- and if the country doesn't turn around- choose a Democrat in 2012 who is better qualified, and not carrying a lot of baggage.

John McCain for Transitional President- Why not.

Clinton, Obama or McCain

I am a registered Democrat. This is no way means that I vote the Democratic ticket all the time.
I have voted for Gude, Morella, Reagan, Perot, Nader and many other candidates over the years.

This year I may vote for McCain.

I believe many democrats will do the same.
The reasoning-- We are sick and tired of the dirty politics of the Democrat front runners- we are sick of the bickering, the lies, the name calling and the mistaken belief that these two Democrats think they are qualified to be President.

I believe McCain would be a good transitional President- and maybe the Democrats will find someone four years from now more qualified and suitable to be President.

I can only hope.
